Position Title: Administrative Coordinator

Company: Ascendance Productions

Reports To: CEO

Classification: Hourly ($18–$24 per hour depending on experience)

Status: Part-Time (with potential to grow in hours over time)


Role Purpose

The Administrative Coordinator provides operational, client experience, and administrative support across Ascendance Productions’ planning, coordination, and beauty divisions. This role is responsible for managing inquiries, onboarding clients, sending contracts and invoices, preparing event documentation, and maintaining organized systems.

Please note: This is an administrative support role and is NOT an Event Coordinator position. The individual must be comfortable collaborating effectively with the event coordinators and is responsible for ensuring all client and event files are accurate and up-to-date at all times to set the coordinators up for success.

This position exists to ensure clients receive timely, professional communication at every stage of the process while supporting the CEO by handling daily operational tasks.

This role is supported by documented SOPs, structured onboarding, and clear daily and weekly expectations.
