Position Title: Lead Event Coordinator

Company: Ascendance Productions

Reports To: CEO

Classification: Hourly ($22–$28 per hour depending on experience)

Status: Event-Based, Part-Time (higher expected hours during peak season; hours vary by event load)

Role Purpose

The Lead Event Coordinator is the "captain of the ship" on event day, responsible for overseeing and executing the event day experience for Ascendance Productions’ clients. This role ensures every event is managed professionally, cohesively, and strictly according to the Ascendance Method. The Lead Coordinator manages timelines, vendors, logistics, and assistants, and serves as the primary point of contact for the couple. This role exists to deliver a well-orchestrated, organized, luxury-level client experience and ensure that events run smoothly without CEO intervention.

Core Responsibilities

1. Client and Vendor Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients beginning 6–8 weeks before their event
• Lead the final detail call and timeline review
• Communicate directly with all vendors regarding parking, load-in, setup, and timelines
• Answer client and vendor questions clearly and professionally

Success Measures:

• Responsive, accurate, and timely communication
• No communication gaps resulting in day-of issues
