Position Title: Marketing Assistant

Company: Ascendance Productions (with cross-support to Le Fête Royale and PFED as needed)

Reports To: CEO

Classification: Hourly ($18–$22 per hour depending on experience)

Status: Part-Time (10–15 hours per week to start)

Role Purpose

The Marketing Assistant supports content creation, content organization, scheduling, and distribution for Ascendance Productions, Le Fête Royale, and Petite Fête Event Décor (PFED). This role is responsible for maintaining a consistent baseline level of marketing activity across all three brands, including social media, content organization, and vendor and event features.

The position is intended to streamline the marketing workload, increase brand visibility, improve social media consistency, and allow the CEO to focus on strategy, sales, and higher-level content production.

Core Responsibilities

1. Content Organization and Asset Management

• Organize photo and video assets into categorized Google Drive folders
• Upload, label, and tag content for future use
• Maintain content databases in Notion or Airtable (as determined by the CEO)
• Ensure vendor galleries, wedding galleries, and décor photos are stored correctly
• Track which events/vendors have already been featured

Success Measures:

• All assets organized within 7 days of receipt
